1. Provider

These Terms govern the use of the Lumilnar app and related services provided by Lumilnar UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ackerstraße 44, 41516 Grevenbroich, Germany, commercial register HRB 23699 (Amtsgericht Mönchengladbach), email info@lumilnar.de.

2. Service

Lumilnar is a health and wellness app for tracking, organizing, and reviewing personal routines and data, including nutrition, supplements, sleep, activity, symptoms, bloodwork, images, audio, and connected health data.

3. Account and use

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for protecting your credentials.
  • You may use the app only for lawful personal purposes.
  • You must not upload unlawful or rights-infringing content.

4. Lumilnar Pro subscription

Lumilnar may offer an optional Lumilnar Pro subscription.

For iPhone users:

  • Lumilnar Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription through the Apple App Store
  • the applicable price is shown in the Apple purchase sheet
  • payment is charged to your Apple ID
  • the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in Apple subscription settings
  • subscription management, cancellation, and restoration are handled through Apple and the in-app restore flow
  • refunds and billing questions are generally handled by Apple

5. Fair use

Where Pro is described as "unlimited with fair use," this does not permit abusive, automated, or disproportionate usage. We may apply reasonable technical or organizational safeguards to prevent abuse, security issues, or excessive system load.

6. AI features

Some features use external AI services. Where required, you will be asked for consent before personal data is first sent to an external AI provider. If you decline, the relevant AI feature will remain unavailable.

7. Health disclaimer

Lumilnar is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment.

Content, analytics, and AI outputs are for informational, documentation, and self-organization purposes only.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be changed, expanded, or discontinued for technical, legal, security, or product reasons.

9. Liability

Our liability is governed by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of tracking data, AI outputs, or third-party information.

10. Termination

The user relationship runs for an indefinite period. You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate for good cause, including abuse or serious violations of these Terms.

11. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
