Where the data lives

All entries live in a database in the EU, separated per account and protected by access rules at database level: every query sees only the rows of the signed-in account. Photos – labels, plates, lab reports, observation photos – are encrypted before storage; the keys are not kept with the images.

What the AI sees

AI features run only if you have consented to the specific feature – food scan, supplement scan, bloodwork analysis, symptom analysis, chat, connector each individually. For a question the model receives only the excerpts of your data needed for it. Your data is not used to train models.

What Claude and ChatGPT see

The connector delivers excerpts of your data to Claude and ChatGPT on request – only in the conversation where you ask, and only after your approval. Write actions are limited to tracking, creating and changing routines; deletions need your explicit confirmation. The connection can be removed in the app at any time.

Live messages

The “Claude was just here” popups travel over a private realtime channel that only your signed-in account can receive. Other accounts get no access to the channel.

Your control

• Every entry, every report, every photo can be deleted individually.
• The account with all its data can be deleted in the settings.
• The app contains no advertising and no ad trackers.
• Face ID / app lock is optional and can be switched on and off at any time.
